Rockville, MD – Integral Federal, Inc. is celebrating our own Heather Dallara, SVP Business Operations, for being elected President of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for their Program Year 2025 after serving on their Board of Directors for the past 6 years.

Integral Federal Welcomes New CGO and CFO to Leadership Team

New CFO Manuel Mendez and CGO Jason Siminski Bring 40+ Years of Combined Industry Expertise

As part of Integral Federal’s continued efforts toward $200M in Revenue by 2025, we are excited to announce the addition of Manuel Mendez as our new Chief Financial Officer and Jason Siminski as our new Chief Growth Officer.

Mendez comes to Integral Federal from Amentum where he most recently served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Government Compliance. He previously held leadership roles with Engility and Harris Corporation and brings a wealth of corporate experience in long-range strategic expansion.

“We are also happy to bring on board Jason Siminski as Integral Federal’s new CGO as we focus on our next level of planned organic and inorganic growth, “ added Wilkinson. “Jason’s experience as both a government and industry executive, combined with his demonstrated expertise in overseeing growth strategy, fills a vital role as we embark on our aggressive strategy.”

Siminski will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence within the national security market, assisting in the building and execution of a corporate strategic plan. His 20+ years of experience spans across the national defense portfolio including former director-level positions at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Siminski has decades of excellence in leading business development and growth portfolios exceeding $1.3 billion. He most recently served in executive positions for Altamira Technologies and SAIC.

The two additions to the Integral team come at a key juncture in the company’s transformation and advancement as the industry leader in providing intelligence analysis and advanced IT solutions supporting national security.

Integral Consulting Becomes Integral Federal, Signaling New Direction and Strategic Vision

New CEO Wayne Wilkinson Leads Company Toward $200M in Annual Sales

ROCKVILLE, Md.– The newly branded Integral Federal launch coincides with the appointment of Wayne Wilkinson as president and CEO, the organization announced today. Wilkinson brings a clear strategic plan through 2025 focused on firmly establishing the fast-growing, mid-tier GovCon as the industry leader in providing Intelligence Analysis and advanced IT solutions supporting national security.

“Integral partners with defense, intelligence and civilian government thought leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes to keep our nation safe and secure,” said Wilkinson. “As Integral builds on its excellent reputation and legacy with our existing customers and partners, we will continue on to our next phase of planned organic and inorganic growth.”

Wilkinson was named CEO earlier this year after previously serving as the company’s first chief operating officer since April 2021. His leadership has Integral on target to achieve annual sales of $200M by 2025 and is currently tracking to bid approximately $1.25B in opportunities. As part of its 2025 Strategic Plan, the company implemented a new M&A program to focus on its inorganic growth strategy.
