OASIS is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract for Government-wide professional services that:
- Allows for all contract types at the task order level, including Cost-Reimbursement, Fixed-Price, Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour
- Has been adopted as the ‘best of class contract vehicle’ by most federal agencies
- Provides collaboration among industry’s most qualified contractors and federal agencies to successfully perform on complex tasks. Core disciplines include program management services, management consulting services, logistic services, engineering services, scientific services and financial services. - Has a low contract fee ranging from 0.10% to 0.75%
- Can be leveraged by All Federal Agencies, including DoD and NSC (National Security Community).
