Established in November of 2008, Derivative, LLC is a Joint Venture between Integral Federal and Tesla Labs. Derivative was awarded the the GSA OASIS Pool 1 – Small Business contract in 2014 and the DIA SITE III Small Business contract in March 2021.
TranscendIT is a Joint Venture (JV) between Integral Federal and RV Global that was established in June of 2019. This JV was awarded the GSA 8(a) STARS III contract in June 2021.
