The newly formed Office of Technology will oversee the development of technology strategies and delivery to existing and new customers and will be led by Ben Johnston, SVP of Technology. Johnston previously served as Integral’s SVP, Operations and in his new capacity will work together with Integral’s business development teams to develop and execute strategies around emerging technologies for new and existing customers. Humphrey will assume responsibility as the SVP, Operations and lead the execution of all programs and will help to ensure Integral is continuing to deliver the best talent and solutions to our customers and their missions. Humphrey brings to Integral over 30 years’ experience in the intelligence, Department of Defense, federal law enforcement, and homeland security sectors.
As CGO, Windle will be responsible for driving Integral’s growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding Integral’s market presence. Windle brings over 25 years of experience in Delivery, Business Development, and Capture Management in support of Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Federal Civilian missions and enterprise modernization. Integral announces that Michele Cook will be retiring June 1. Cook has been an invaluable member of the Integral leadership team, who has been instrumental in the development and execution of Integral’s growth strategy. Since joining Integral in 2021, Cook has served as a Strategic Advisor and most recently as Integral’s Chief Strategy Officer.

McLean, VA – Integral Federal, a premier intelligence and national security solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it’s Joint Venture, Derivative, LLC, has been awarded a contract to provide Contact Center Surge and Management (CCSM) support for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Beneficial Ownership Contact Center.
FinCEN, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is tasked with safeguarding the financial system from illicit use and combatting money laundering and promoting national security through the collection, analysis, and dissemination of financial intelligence. The contact center plays a crucial role in these efforts, particularly considering recent legislative changes such as the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 (AML Act) and the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
Under the contract, the Derivative team will augment the established FinCEN’s Joint Application Service Desk/Business Operations Center (ASD/BOC) with personnel possessing the appropriate skills and capabilities to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support activities for the Beneficial Ownership program customers. The support provided will be scalable and adaptable, ensuring that FinCEN can manage and surge contact center resources at the right time and in the right quantities.
