Rockville, MD – Integral Federal has secured a Performance Engineering Analytics (PEA) contract (1 Base Year and 4 Option Periods) from DHS Transportation Security Administration (TSA) through its Joint Venture, Derivative LLC. Through this award, Integral will provide support to the Secure Flight program via TSA’s IT/Performance Engineering Branch.

Rockville, MD – Integral Federal, a premier intelligence and national security solutions provider has been awarded a 5-year contract by the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center. Through this award, Integral Federal will provide C5ISR systems engineering, software assurance analysis/testing, and other services  that will support to the USCG CG-413 Program Management Office in Elizabeth City, NC. “We are pleased to work with the United States Coast Guard and make use of our engineering capabilities.” said Ben Johnston, Integral’s Sr VP of Advanced Digital Solutions.  “Our solutions will improve C5ISR system readiness and ALSE reliability.”

The federal Intel and IT services industry veteran Wayne Wilkinson has joined the company as its first Chief Operating Officer (COO). The addition of Wayne Wilkinson as our first Chief Operating Officer, significantly strengthens the leadership of the company by providing a tremendous set of capabilities and a deep background within the IT services and intelligence analysis federal marketplace. Wayne joins Integral with more than twenty years of progressive financial and operational executive leadership experience including a track record of enterprise value creation with $1B in completed transactions. Additionally, Frank Shifflett joins us from Northrop Grumman and will play a key role in building our business development and new business capture capabilities as Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth. Frank has over 27 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Frank has a proven record of successful Business Development, Capture, Proposal and Program Management experience delivering critical solutions to IC, DoD, and international customers. We are also excited to have Bernard Bailey, Ph.D. as the Strategic Advisor to the Board. Bernard has been an outstanding and very successful executive. He has been the CEO for several companies, including two NASDAQ listed companies as well as director to eight publicly traded companies and is an adjunct professor at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Integral co-founder and President, Renu Johri will assume the newly created role of Executive Chair of the Board of Directors. Co-founder and Executive Vice President Abhai Johri will now take over Renu’s responsibilities as President and will also assume the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer.

14 February 2019 – Integral is proud to announce that our prime teammate, Centeio Associates, Inc. has been awarded a DTRA contract to provide mission support at Blue Grass Army Depot, Kentucky in compliance with the CWC treaty. Integral is a key subcontractor and teammate on this effort. Building on past-performances with DTRA CWC in Colorado, and Army CMA CTIC in Maryland, Integral successfully mentored Centeio Associates, Inc. to their largest contract win.

28 September 2018 – The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has awarded Integral a Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract in the small business category to provide Federal and State Government Agencies and Organizations world class program management and procurement services for their Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and knowledge based professional engineering services mission requirements.  The RS3 IDIQ has a five-year base period and five one-year option periods with a $37.4B ceiling value.

Integral will support broad, overarching performance areas that include but are not limited to acquisition and strategic planning; education and training; engineering; logistics; and research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E).
