The appraisal was performed by Williamsburg Process Solutions, LLC.
This reappraisal reaffirms Integral Federal’s commitment to continuous improvement and to delivering consistent, high-quality results for the customers and missions it supports. Notably, Integral received a “Fully Met” characterization across all Services and Development domain practices, the highest rating a practice can receive. This result reflects how consistently the company’s processes are put into practice across the organization and embodies one of Integral Federal’s core company values: to exceed expectations.
CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance and aligning operations and business goals. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools and methods.
