As the Vice President of Human Resources, Kristen Mullins will oversee Human Resources and Talent Acquisition as well as help lead the company’s human capital strategy. With over two decades of experience in Human Resource leadership roles, Kristen is equipped to grow Integral’s people-centric initiatives and help to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
In his Vice President of Technology role, David Gillispie will serve as a technology Subject Matter Expert and will help drive Integral’s technology road map, developing strategies to expand existing programs and identify new opportunities. David brings over thirty years of IT leadership experience and has a proven track record of leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and create competitive advantages.
