Renu founded Integral Consulting Services, Inc. in 1998 and served as President overseeing the company’s business and operations. Renu’s leadership has driven the award-winning company through a transformation from an IT recruiting firm to a full-service IT solutions and professional services company specializing in multimodal biometrics, identity intelligence, cybersecurity, and application development. Renu’s entrepreneurial vision guided Integral in its commitment to exceeding expectations, especially in creating custom solutions for clients in the evolving market. Renu earned her M.S. degree in Botany from India’s Rohilkhand University and her MBA from the University of Maryland University College. She has also pursued advanced education in Information Technology and business operations.
Renu has won several leadership awards including the Washington Business Journal’s Minority Leadership Award.
Abhai Johri

Abhai served as CEO and President of Integral Consulting Services, Inc. Under his leadership, Integral has grown from a small company to a well-recognized, reputed mid-size firm managing mission critical projects for defense, intelligence and civilian agencies. His career spans over three decades of technical and management experience in advanced technology research and intelligence, security and defense solutions.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Abhai holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University Dallas and an undergraduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. Prior to joining Integral, he served as Director of Technology for Art Technology Group, Project Executive for IBM, and Research Scientist at AT&T Bell Labs. During his 14-year tenure with IBM, Abhai initiated several new research projects at IBM Labs in the U.S., England, and Germany and was appointed General Manager to start IBM in India that has now grown to over 100,000 employees.
Abhai has spoken in numerous conferences, published more than twenty technical papers in international Computer Science journals and co-authored a book on business innovation. Abhai earned five U.S. patents and received the IBM Chairman’s Plateau Award, IBM Outstanding Contribution Awards, and the Bell Labs Project Excellence Award, among other honors.
Wayne Wilkinson
President and Chief Executive Officer
Wayne Wilkinson is an accomplished leader with experience leading defense, intelligence and technology organizations through periods of rapid growth and development. As President and CEO of Integral Federal, Wayne significantly strengthens the leadership of the company by providing a tremendous set of capabilities and a deep background within the IT services and intelligence analysis federal marketplace. A government contracting veteran of over 25 years, his expertise spans all areas of business including strategic planning, business development, operations and finance. Wayne is responsible for setting the strategic direction, long-term goals, and growth objectives while positioning the firm for continued expansion.
Mr. Wilkinson has held several key executive roles at various government contracting organizations including Whitney, Bradley and Brown (WBB), Harding Security Associates, Athena Innovative Solutions and L-3. Most recently, he served as the chief operating officer at Ace Info Solutions.
Mr. Wilkinson holds a B.S. in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and an M.B.A. from Marymount University.
Bernard Bailey

Bernard Bailey has been a successful executive in the technology and security industries for almost 40 years. He has been the CEO for several companies, including two NASDAQ listed companies and a Carlyle-backed private equity company. He has served as director to nine publicly traded companies and presently serves as the Lead Independent Director on the board of Argo Holding Group (NYSE: ARGO). Additionally, Bernard serves on the boards of two private equity backed companies. He has also served on numerous not-for-profit boards including Chairman of Trout Unlimited, as well as the Naval Academy Athletic Scholarship Foundation. Mr. Bailey serves as an adjunct professor at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Bernard earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He holds a graduate degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and MBA from The George Washington University. He also earned his Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University.
